The transfer application is compatible with the general pre-registration system, and students may apply for both admissions procedures. If a place is obtained through both systems, the place will be allocated through a transfer of records.
In all cases, the following requirements will be essential:
– A minimum of 30 credits are recognized in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for the recognition and transfer of credits from the University of La Laguna.
– Students applying for admission to the University of La Laguna through this route must comply with the provisions established in the University of La Laguna's permanence regulations, where applicable.
If you do not meet any of the above requirements, you may only be admitted through the pre-registration process.

Students must request the transfer of their file through the ULL electronic headquarters, addressed to the person in charge of the center where the degree you wish to study is taught.
In accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation governing electronic administration at the University of La Laguna, all persons participating in this procedure must submit their applications through the ULL electronic office, addressed to the person in charge of the center where the degree they wish to pursue is taught. Applications by other means will not be accepted.
According to the Resolution of May 12, 2023, establishing the delegation of powers and the substitution regime of this University (BOC No. 101, of May 25, 2023), it is the responsibility of the holders of the Deanships of Faculties and Directors of Schools to resolve requests for file transfers.
The allocation of a place at the ULL will result in the transfer of academic records, which must be processed by the home university once the applicant has confirmed their admission to the ULL, having paid the current transfer fees. Students must submit to the registrar's office of the ULL school they are enrolling at the time of registration, along with the transfer fee payment receipt and the transfer application receipt issued by their home university.
The application must be accompanied by the following documentation:
a) Persons who do not have a DNI or NIE must present a validly issued passport or equivalent identity document.
b) Personal academic certification showing the subjects taken, the academic year and grades (for ULL students, the information sheet issued by the school of origin is valid).
c) Certificate showing the access grade for the degree of origin issued by the university, if it does not appear on the personal academic certificate. *
* Note: For those who have been admitted through the general quota, the university entrance grade (NA) will be the one obtained in the general phase of the corresponding entrance exam, the average grade of the Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle, or the one appearing on the UNED credential, as appropriate.
d) Curriculum. Copy of section 5 of the degree verification report or a copy of the curriculum published in the Official Gazette (ULL students do not need to submit this documentation).

The documentation corresponding to the teaching guides must be included in a single pdf file (for ULL students it is not necessary to present this documentation).

The documentation referred to in sections b), c), d), e) and f) must be sealed and/or electronically signed by the competent body.
The calendar can be downloaded here link.
The Governing Council of the ULL will approve for each academic year the offer of places available through this route (check the available places).
The extraordinary call will be available exclusively for those degrees and courses with vacancies after the ordinary call.
For degrees taught at more than one location, places will be assigned to the different locations, with the largest number of places reserved for the location with the lowest grade point average from the previous academic year.
For each degree, the order of admission applications is established according to the following priority:
1st) Students from the same degree.
2nd) Students from other degrees in the same branch or field of knowledge.
3rd) Students from other degrees.
Within each of the above groups, student applications will be sorted according to the admission grade for file transfer, expressed with three decimal places, which will be derived from the following formula:
N = 0.6*NA + 0.4*NE
Where:
N = Admission note for file transfer
NA = University entrance/admission grade and
NE = Average grade of the academic record of the university studies completed.
For those who have been admitted through the general quota, the university entrance grade (NA) will be the grade obtained in the general phase of the corresponding entrance exam, the average grade of the Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle, or the grade shown on the UNED credential, as appropriate.
