Description:
Plickers is an application of augmented reality useful for the information gathering oriented towards the formative assessment in real time. The application does not require the use of any other device except the general one controlled by the teacher. Students should have a tokens as a marker with four positions so that the application can detect the student's response (as directed by the form) and identify who that response corresponds to. The type of responses that can be made offered by the application is multiple-choice questions or of true and falseThe teachers will collect the information through their mobile device with the Plickers app and materializes the information from the students' responses on the computer.
Example:
In a class session, a teacher aims to gather feedback from students in real-time without requiring additional devices in the classroom. To do so, he uses Plickers, a system where he has set up a questionnaire to gather information about the content taught in class. During the class, he captures information using augmented reality from student worksheets, recording and storing the responses.
