Language level certification

To access certain doctoral studies, it will be mandatory to prove the language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which will depend on the doctorate you wish to access. See the following link (updated for each admissions period) to see which doctoral programs require language skills and which do not.

How to prove the language requirement? 

All applicants, except those included in points 3 and 4 of the following list, must complete the language level accreditation through the following link. They must carry out this procedure well in advance..

Language accreditation can be carried out through:

1. Recognized certificates. These are those that officially justify language knowledge.
2. Level tests carried out at the ULL Language Service. See also: English level tests: FGULL Language Service
3. Have completed and passed certain official ULL undergraduate qualifications. See the following link: List of official Bachelor's degrees from the ULL, the completion of which recognizes the achievement of foreign language skills. 
4. Have completed and passed certain subjects from the various official Bachelor's degrees offered by the ULL. See the following link: rList of subjects from the different official Bachelor's degrees from the ULL, passing which involves achieving foreign language skills (level B1)
