Teacher training
Since 2003, the University of La Laguna (ULL), in its commitment to improving teaching quality, has organized annual training activities within the Training Plan to support university faculty in the teaching improvement and innovation processes contemplated in the European Convergence Process.
The objectives established in the ULL Strategic Plan for improving teaching quality are:
- Improve teacher training in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the use of technological resources for teaching and learning.
- Improve teacher training in the teaching strategies required for the implementation of the EHEA: programming and coordination of courses, design of teaching guides, theoretical principles and didactic strategies for teaching and learning in the classroom, tutorial action, and personalization of the teaching-learning process.
