The Internal Quality Assurance System of the Faculty of Fine Arts includes a Procedure for managing incidents, complaints and suggestions (PR_09) that may arise from the Center's activities.
The person who wishes to submit a complaint or suggestion or report an incident must fill out the form general instance available through this link, or by requesting it from the Faculty Secretary's Office or the Faculty Concierge.
The Centre's Management Team, advised by the Quality Coordinator, is responsible for managing the procedure for managing incidents and suggestions, together with the services or bodies that are the subject of the incident and suggestion.
The channels of attention provided for the processing of this procedure are:
- Through the electronic headquarters of the ULL in the following link
- Through the Center's website you can download the form available for this purpose (general application) which you can submit via email at the following address: fcbbaa@ull.es or, register it in the Center's Secretariat.
- The form can also be picked up at the Reception Office or at the Centre's Secretary's Office and submitted, once completed, to the latter.
- Finally, you can contact any member of the Center's Management Team and explain the incident or suggestion, which will be noted for registration and subsequent resolution.
Once the document containing the incident or suggestion has been received, the Management Team will be responsible for initiating the procedure in order to respond to the interested party.
