Bachelor of Fine Arts

Internships

The guidelines issued by the University of Laguna regarding the drafting of study plans for the EHEA establish that for all degrees applicants for a degree must schedule 12 ECTS credits for internships in companies.

The curriculum of the Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, echoing this provision, places it in the last four months of the 4th year, coinciding with the completion of the final degree project, in the belief that this is where it can be most effective.

This module provides learning based on real-life scenarios, complements the training received and puts the student in contact with the reality of the working world.

The Internal Quality Assurance System of the Degree (SAIC) contemplates the procedure for the development and evaluation of teaching that includes a sub-procedure for management of external internshipsTo carry out this procedure, a Professional Guidance and External Practices Committee has been appointed, which is responsible for defining and/or modifying the objectives, content and minimum requirements of company internships.

The external internships of the Degree in Fine Arts are governed by the Regulations for external internships at the University of La Laguna, approved by the Governing Council on December 20, 2017 and modified by agreements 4/CG 09-05-19 and 5 b/CG 28-5-2020 of the Governing Council of the University of La Laguna.
