Complaints, suggestions and compliments

The University of La Laguna has a Complaints, Suggestions and Compliments Regulations

If you wish to submit a suggestion on any aspect related to the Faculty (the teaching it provides, the services it offers or the material resources available) you must complete the printed corresponding and process it following one of the following three routes:

1. Deliver it to the Faculty Secretariat
2. Send it by email to facquim@ull.es
3. Deposit it in the mailbox next to the gate.

Suggestion Print:

• Printed "Presentation of deviation, incident, claim or suggestion"

Note: the suggestion and complaint process is subject to the procedure PR15 “Management of Deviations, Incidents, Complaints and Suggestions” of the Faculty's Internal Quality Assurance System.

Interested persons may also submit a complaint, suggestion or compliment using the general procedure created by the University of La Laguna through the electronic headquarters.
