They must show a preference for subjects with quantitative content, an ability to identify problems, analyze the situations that cause them, and seek solutions, as well as the ability to communicate and work in a team. They must demonstrate flexibility in accepting new ideas, initiative and proactivity in self-discovery, as well as a facility for interacting with others. They also require a facility for comprehension and abstraction, a critical and creative spirit, a facility for expression, and a broad worldview.

The degree in Accounting and Finance will train professionals who intend to pursue careers in the areas of investment analysis and management, banking, external and internal auditing, consulting, advisory services, and financial management.
