The degree has a complaints, suggestions, and compliments system, integrated into the center's SGIC (International Quality System of Qualifications). Through this system, you can submit your opinion on any aspect related to the center's activities and operations and its qualifications.
You can submit your claim, complaint, suggestion, or compliment through the following channels:
- Through the ULL electronic headquarters
- Delivery of simple writing, instance or general form via email (esenff@ull.es) or in person at the center's secretary's office.
Once the document containing the claim, complaint, or suggestion has been received, the procedure begins to respond to the interested party, taking into account its nature and content.
You can also contribute to this improvement process by participating in the institutional satisfaction surveys that are applied periodically and systematically, and sent by email to all interest groups linked to the university (students, faculty, PAS, graduates, employers, etc.).
