The Title has the necessary coordination structures at its different levels to ensure that it is organized and developed appropriately.
- Degree Coordinator (Vice Dean of the Degree)
- Course Coordinator (Vice Dean of the Degree, in all courses)
- Subject Coordinator (a professor who teaches the subject)
- Internship Coordinator
- Final Degree Project Coordinator
The aforementioned structures are integrated into the corresponding committees of the Center/Section/Degree, which establish the operating mechanisms through periodic meetings to analyze the development of the Degree at its different levels (Degree, course and subject).
Through horizontal and vertical coordination, among other things, the following are guaranteed: the proper sequencing and scheduling of subjects, their content, and assessment system; gaps, duplications, and mismatches are avoided; and the student workload is adequately distributed to facilitate the acquisition of learning outcomes.
DEGREE COORDINATOR
This coordination is carried out by the corresponding Vice Dean, whose functions are:
- Develop a proposal for theory, seminar, practical, and tutorial groups of a uniform size.
Assign students to different theory, seminar, practical, and tutorial groups in coordination with the Subject Coordinators and Course Coordinators. - Prepare the proposed schedules for the different teaching activities (theory classes, seminars, practical sessions and tutorials, and exam schedule) per week.
- Conduct a continuous review of the teaching-learning process to update and improve the degree's training program.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of any overlaps or shortcomings detected in the different subject programs that may be related to each other, in order to correct these situations so that the Curriculum forms a compact and homogeneous whole.
- Monitor the correspondence between the different subjects and the competencies of the degree.
- Submit suggestions according to the "Management of Deviations, Incidents, Complaints and Suggestions" procedure.
COURSE COORDINATOR

- To know and disseminate among the subject coordinators the planning of all assessment tests (controls, partial and final) proposing modifications, if necessary, for proper distribution.
Study the course schedules to ensure they are as consistent as possible and, if necessary, correct any malfunctions that may be detected. - Collaborate with the Degree Coordinator in developing schedules, distributing activities, and forming groups by activity.
- Ensure that the assignment of students to different groups for seminars, practical sessions, tutorials, etc., makes it possible for students in that course to attend the various activities in the different subjects.
- Submit suggestions according to procedure PR-15 "Management of Deviations, Incidents, Complaints and Suggestions.

He or she is also responsible for communicating any organizational issues to the Course Coordinator: schedule changes, exam dates, etc.
The appointment of these Coordinators is the responsibility of the Director of the Department and must be previously approved by the Councils of the Departments involved in the subject.
The coordinator may delegate part of his/her task to other professors of the subject (for example, if the Department deems it appropriate, it may create the position of a practice coordinator), but he/she will be responsible for the subject in front of the Course Coordinator and the Faculty Board.
