Complaints, suggestions and compliments

The Faculty of Philology's Internal Quality Assurance System includes a procedure for managing incidents, complaints, and suggestions (PR_09) that may arise from the Center's activities.

The person who wishes to present a suggestion or report an incident must fill out the form general instance available through this link, or you can request it from the Faculty Secretary's Office or the Concierge's Office. Once completed, it must be submitted to the Faculty Secretary's Office.

After receiving the document containing the incident or suggestion, the Management Team will initiate the procedure to respond to the interested party.
