The Internal Quality Assurance System of the Geography and History Section includes a procedure for managing incidents, complaints and suggestions (PR_09) that could be formulated arising from the Center's activity.
Anyone wishing to submit a suggestion or report an incident must fill out the Complaint, Suggestion or Congratulation form available through this link, or request it at the Faculty Secretary's Office.
The Center's management team, advised by the Quality Coordinator, is responsible for managing the process for handling incidents and suggestions, along with the departments or bodies that are the subject of the incidents and suggestions.
The channels of attention provided for processing this procedure are:
1. Through the Electronic Headquarters for processing complaints, suggestions and compliments.
2. Through the center's website you can download the form available for this purpose (general application) which can be submitted via email at the following address factdgeh@ull.es, or register it at the Center's Secretary's Office.
3. The form can also be picked up at the Center's Secretariat and, once completed, submitted to the latter.
4. Finally, you can contact any member of the Dean's Team and present the incident or suggestion, which will be noted for registration and subsequent resolution.
