BASIC

CB1 – Students have demonstrated that they possess and understand knowledge in an area of study that forms part of general secondary education and is typically at a level that, while supported by advanced textbooks, also includes some aspects that involve knowledge from the forefront of their field of study.

CB2 – That students know how to apply their knowledge to their work or vocation in a professional manner and possess the skills that are usually demonstrated through the elaboration and defense of arguments and the resolution of problems within their area of study

CB3 – Students should have the ability to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their area of study) to make judgments that include reflection on relevant social, scientific or ethical issues.

CB4 – Students can transmit information, ideas, problems and solutions to both specialized and non-specialized audiences

CB5 – That students have developed the learning skills necessary to undertake further studies with a high degree of autonomy

GENERAL

CG1 – Ability to select, evaluate, prioritize and synthesize information in contents related to History

CG2 – Ability to use oral and written expression with clarity and precision in contents related to History

CG3 – Ability to work independently and in teams on content related to History and in interdisciplinary contexts

CG4 – Ability to read, understand and express in a foreign language (CEFR level B1) content related to historical sciences using the terminology and techniques specific to the discipline

CG5 – Ability to identify, use and adequately integrate various historical sources (archaeological, documentary, iconographic, bibliographic, etc.)

CG6 – Ability to correctly use ICTs to obtain and organize historical information

CG7 – Ability to present content related to History in a well-argued, correct, and concise manner.

CG8 – Ability to effectively use ICTs in the presentation and transmission of historical information

CG9 – Ability to engage in a committed approach to the social and ethical dimensions of the problems being studied in the current socio-political context.

CE1 – Acquire a basic knowledge of the main methods, techniques and analysis instruments of History and appropriately use the terminology of the discipline at an oral and written level

CE2 – Master the concepts, categories, theories, basic diachronic themes and contents inherent to historical science

CE3 – Contextualize historical processes and analyze them from a critical perspective

CE4 – Analyze and interpret the archaeological record

CE5 – Identify the main historiographical trends and critically analyze their developments

CE6 – Apply the main methods, techniques and analysis instruments of the discipline

CE7 – Apply knowledge and analytical skills to solve problems related to their field of study

CE8 – Acquire the techniques of archival work and use specific tools to study documents from different historical periods (paleography, epigraphy, etc.)

CE9 – Ability to manage, conserve, teach, disseminate and generate awareness towards the conservation of historical and cultural heritage

CE10 – Knowledge of the general diachronic structure of the past (Universal History, European History, National History and Local History)

CE11 – Knowledge of the methods and problems of the different branches of historical research (economic, social, political, cultural, gender, etc.)

CE12 – Ability to use transdisciplinary methods and techniques in order to acquire a more complete view of the past

CE14 – Ability to work in companies dedicated to heritage analysis and management to carry out documentary, organizational, administrative and informative work in the fields of cultural institutions (libraries, archives, museums, etc.)

CE13 – Acquire the basic knowledge that ensures the professional qualification of graduates

CE15 – Demonstration of the skills, abilities and skills required of any History graduate through the completion of a tutored work in any of the fields of historical methodology
