Admission profile
The admission profile is the knowledge, skills and abilities of the students who access the degree.
The Master's degree will also allow access to graduates who meet the requirements of Article 16 of RD 1393/2007 and who also have the required B1 level of English.
This Master's degree is aimed at students who are interested in specialising in Marine Biology and biodiversity conservation with a view to acquiring knowledge and skills that will also enable them to enter the workforce and also enable them to delve deeper into the fundamental techniques of research, development and innovation in Biodiversity.
The Master's Degree is aimed primarily at graduates in Biology, but other graduates can access it (RD 1393/2007, Art. 16), preferably those who cover aspects related to biological topics, such as graduates in Marine Sciences and Environmental Sciences.
Graduation profile
The graduate profile is the skills, knowledge and abilities that the student must have acquired upon completion of the degree. This information is included in the section on competencies/learning outcomes defined for the title.
Graduates of the master's degree will be specialists and will be able to exercise and develop professional skills as a senior technician both in public administration and in private activity related to the field in which they have been trained. They will also be prepared to carry out research work on topics related to marine sciences and within Doctoral Programs, as a complement to their specialization.
In short, you will be an expert in the knowledge of marine biodiversity, its use, management and conservation.
