Through horizontal and vertical coordination, the following are guaranteed, among others: the adequate sequencing and time planning of the subjects, their content and evaluation system; gaps, duplicities and mismatches are avoided; and the student workload is properly distributed to facilitate the acquisition of learning outcomes.
