Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and Management
The main objectives of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and Management are to develop skills focused on the person-job adjustment, teamwork and quality of working life, thus including areas of intervention such as, among others, staff selection, training and evaluation. In this sense, it is oriented towards the development of a professional profile in Human Resources Management. This degree allows students to acquire the interdisciplinary training necessary for the application of central strategies in human resources management in organizations, acquiring skills in Psychology, Administrative and Labor Law, and in Economics and Business Management.

- In recent years, there has been a growing interest in postgraduate studies in the area of Human Resources from different degrees in the field of Social and Legal Sciences. These studies seek training that serves as a bridge between the training obtained in the different Degrees and incorporation into professional life. Students seek not only practical and applied knowledge, but also the development of skills and abilities that will be in demand in the Human Resources departments of very heterogeneous organizations. This field of specialization is of particular interest to graduates in Psychology, as well as to graduates in Labor Relations.
- Be in possession of a university degree. In accordance with the provisions of article 16 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, those who are in possession of an official Spanish university degree or another one issued by a higher education institution in the European Higher Education Area that qualifies in the country issuing the degree for access to master's courses, as well as those whose degree is issued in countries outside the EHEA, but has been approved by the Spanish State, will be deemed to meet the requirements.
- Likewise, to access this master's degree, it will also be an essential requirement to prove a B1 level of English.

- Studying human resources enables you to recruit, select and organize the human teams that make up a company. For this reason, it allows you to occupy positions of responsibility in technical and management areas in human resources (HR) departments or consultancies.
