Master's Thesis
The master's thesis is governed by the Regulations of Official Master's Degree Courses at the ULL (Official Gazette No. 91, May 9, 2012) and its specific modification of sections 3 and 4 of article 15 by adding a 5th section (Official Gazette of March 2, 2015).
A list of thematic areas for the Master's Thesis will be available at the beginning of the course. The Master's Committee will draw up the list of topics in coordination with the teaching staff supervising the Master's Thesis, who may supervise up to two projects. Students may choose one of the proposed topics and may develop their validation phase during the external internship period, which is why coordination is required between the academic supervision of the internship and the supervision of the TFM.
The tutoring activities consist of the monitoring of the Master's thesis by the teaching staff/tutor. The objective is to accompany the student's learning, reviewing content and materials, evaluating their progress and providing guidance on any difficulties that may arise. Each student must prepare the materials for the tutoring sessions.
The student must submit a report on his/her Master's Thesis and the final results of his/her professional portfolio. A summary of the report and the professional profile of the digital portfolio must also be submitted in English.
The Master's Final Project will be evaluated by a panel chosen by the Academic Committee of the Master's for this purpose. The student must present and defend the final project orally. The panel may request the opinion of the tutor.
