A fundamental demand of the university community, and of society in general, is the reduction of the average processing times for administrative procedures.

The aim is to simplify the relationship between the university community and the ULL administration by reducing the burden of accessing services.

4.- Act with transparency and be accountable

One of the fundamental elements of good governance is transparency and accountability.

5.- Promote participation and collaboration

The aim is to achieve the participation and collaboration of the university community in the design of ULL services.
