This seminar aims to present the genomic advances that are allow predicting the genetic predisposition of an individual to develop a disease or the response that will present to a specific pharmacological treatment. This revolution has laid the foundations for Precision Medicine, which allows the early detection of some diseases and improving the decisions about the treatment that a patient will receive.
