La institución parlamentaria y las forma de gobierno en las Constituciones españolas

Resumen

Se analizan las Constituciones españolas para estudiar el proceso de formación y consolidación del parlamentarismo del Estado español desde sus comienzos hasta la ii República. Es decir, los avances y retrocesos en la evolución de la monarquía constitucional en una monarquía parlamentaria con sus quiebras republicanas. Asimismo, se analiza la paulatina configuración del Presidente del Gobierno y el Gobierno con identidad propia, y la progresiva extensión del sufragio.

The Parliamentary Institution and The Modalities of Government in The Spanish Constitutions». The Spanish Constitutions are analyzed to study the formation and consolidation of the parliamentarian Spanish State from its beginnings to the Second Republic. That is to say, progress and setbacks in the evolution of the Constitutional Monarchy into a Parliamentary Monarchy with its republican failures. On the other hand, also are analyzed the gradual setting of the Prime Minister and the Government with its own identity, and the gradual extension of the suffrage.
