Preliminary Evaluation of the Manuscript

• The Editorial Board of the journal will conduct a preliminary analysis of the received manuscript.
• If the manuscript is considered suitable for publication, an editor from the Editorial Board will be assigned.
• The editor will notify the author that their manuscript is eligible to begin the review process.

Peer Review

• If the submission belongs to a section requiring anonymous peer review, the responsible editor will assign two or more reviewers.
• The reviewers will follow the criteria established in the Peer Review Policy.
• Once the blind peer review is completed, the responsible editor will analyze the reviewers’ recommendations and decide:
  • Accept Submission: Ready to proceed.
  • Publishable with Modifications: Minor changes required.
  • Resubmit for Review: Major changes needed.
  • Not Publishable: Rejected.
• If reviewers provide conflicting recommendations, an additional reviewer will be selected.
